How to complain
If you are unhappy with anything your hear on Ignite Radio, Radio Exe, or published by Exe Broadcasting or our associated companies such as Radio Exe or ExeDAB, in the first instance, please contact:
Exe Broadcasting Limited, 1 Oak Tree Place, Matford Business Park, Exeter EX2 8WA.
We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint or dispute in a timely manner. We generally acknowledge your correspondence within one working day and aim to provide a fuller response within three working days.
We always take complaints seriously. A manager will always listen to offending output or read the article that concerns you, and we always respond. It is the nature of live broadcasting that we sometimes get things wrong. When we do, we apologise. We take further action depending on the seriousness of the content. But sometimes we don't agree with the complain, even after reviewing the situation. In that eventuality, listeners can then choose to raise the issue to the independent chairman of Exe Broadcasting who is not involved on a day-to-day basis. Or the complaint could even be taken up with Ofcom, using this link: http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/tell-us/specific-programme-epg
We are committed to protecting the personal data of everyone we deal with. More details are at: https://www.radioexe.co.uk/info/privacy/
